How Creativity Is Killing the Culture
One thing about the young American artists is that they start from nothing. They have nothing but their creatived skills. There are a lot more people make arts now. Creativity is the key things for the art work but there are too many art works out in the world. It is hard to keep up the creativity. He is targeting the young artists and saying that just creativity is not all about the art world but be creative. The creativity doesnt' kill the culture. The creativity kills the young artists.

As I was doing the time project, I thought that the art work might be simple but there might be hidden processes. I used to look at just the final product. This article teached me that the final product is not all about the art work. Where the material came from and the process of the museum pieces are important than the final product. I agree that it is unfortunate for all viewers, who doesn't know the significant part of the piece.

Unofficial Manifesto
Words are keywors in this manifesto but some of words are that I don't know, so manifesto is a little bit hard to understand. It sounds like he worded out what he wants to say but I feel that there is another meaning behind it. If I understand correctly, he wanted to let audience know - what the audience need to know and think when they look at the public art.

Handout Commentary #02
The Happiest day of my life
Because of the title, I thought that this handout is about happiness. For a second, I was thinking that what is my happiest day - not a clue.
Nobody would think that breaking their stuff is fun or happy but as I read this handout, I wanted to break my stuff. There was time that I felt so overwhelming and brake down. I literary wanted to be broken down. Instead of my body, I would be happy by breaking down my stuff or watching it. That would be my happiest day, too.
I wonder that did he ever had hard time to let it break. I might do. There are some stuff that I do not want to be broken.
Why is this "breaking down" art? Because an artist did, so is it art? Sometime, I wonder how far the contemporary art goes.

Handout Commentary #01
An Incomplete Manifesto for Growth
As I looked throw, it is just a list of things that he believed. Some of them, I could not understand - don't know the words or could not understand by quick looking through.
Some of them might be weird but those are what I am doing to. For example, Ask stupid question, stay up late, repeat yourself, make new words. Sometime, I know the answer but I asked stupid question. By asking the question, I know what other people think or know. If it is my favorite things, I repeat it or tried to repeat it. If I could not do it, it bothers me that I could not finish. So I tried to finish by repeating.
I do not understand "make mistakes faster" and "break it, stretch it, bend it, crush it, crack it, fold it". What is that mean that make mistakes faster? How do I make mistake slow? If we make mistake, then we make mistake, isnt it? "break it, stretch it, bend it, crush it, crack it, fold it" Why couldnt he just say "experiment"? Isn't it mean?
I am wondering that he made this list - what made him to make the list.
